FC Marylebone is proud to announce that we have been awarded Two Star England Football Accreditation, marking another significant milestone in our club's journey and recognising the dedication, commitment, and hard work that have gone into building our club over the past seven years.
We are proud to have developed into a club with 18 teams, including one men's team and 17 youth teams, competing across five different leagues. This season also saw FC Marylebone successfully enter the Junior Premier League (JPL), widely recognised as the highest level of youth football outside the professional academy system.
Competing in the JPL provides our players with an exceptional environment to develop both on and off the pitch. The league brings together some of the strongest grassroots and academy-affiliated teams in the country, offering our players the opportunity to test themselves against high-quality opposition while benefiting from a structured, player-focused development pathway.
While our growth on the pitch has been exciting, we are equally proud of the impact we continue to have within our local community.
Beyond our club activities, we work closely with five local primary schools, where our coaches deliver after-school clubs and wraparound care programmes. These partnerships allow us to engage hundreds of children each week, creating opportunities for young people to stay active, build confidence, develop friendships and enjoy football in a positive environment.
These initiatives have helped establish FC Marylebone as a valued part of the local community and as a club trusted and supported by children, parents and schools alike.
Achieving Two Star England Football Accreditation reflects much more than our football programme. It recognises the high standards we strive to maintain across coaching, safeguarding, player welfare, club management, volunteer development and community engagement.
Most importantly, this achievement belongs to everyone who has contributed to our journey: our players, parents, coaches, volunteers, partners and supporters. Their commitment and belief in our vision have helped shape FC Marylebone into the club it is today.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on continuing to raise standards, expanding opportunities for local children and providing the best possible environment for players to develop, compete and enjoy the game.
This accreditation is an important milestone, but it is only the beginning of the next chapter for FC Marylebone.
