The return of football is something many are keen following COVID 19 pandemic but FCM has taken careful consideration the return to football training is as safe as possible. With return to new normality FC Marylebone prioritises the
Safety and wellbeing of all involved at the club, players, coaches, parents/careers, other involved in the game/training and community overall. In order to keep all community safe, FC Marylebone has undertaken a risk assessment which is in line with Government and FA guidelines. This risk assessment is conducted considering everyone’s inclusion in a safe way
.
This section will be updated in accordance with Government and FA guidelines whenever these guidelines will change.
Measures in place to prevent the spread of the virus.
1.Before restarting football activity all coaches/players/parents should be reassured that Government and FA guidelines are followed.

Parents/Players/Coaches to be notified with FA guidelines Clubs
Covid-19 Risk Assessment. Parents/carers to give consent for their kids to start training/games

Travel to venue
avoid public transportation and traveling withdifferent households, wear a mask when in confined spaces and when
entering the sports facilities (parent/carer/other team official to be informed on the FA guidelines)
Arriving and leaving
parent/carter/players/other team official to be notified to arrive shortly before the session/game starts and leave
promptly when session/game ends. Parents/cares/players/other team official should not be congregated at the venue and should keep social distancing
. (parent/carer/players/other team official to be informed on the guidelines together with consent for their kids to start training)

Self-checks before training session
All players to check on temperature (high temperature above 37.8oC), symptoms of cough,
shortness of breath and loss of taste. If any of the above symptoms apply then the player will not participate on the training session.
Parent/Carer/player/other team official to be advised to take the child home and seek help from NHS.

Uniforms
All players to come changed, ready for the game/session as no changing rooms are available to reduce risks of crowds in
confine spaces. Parent/Carer/player/other team officials to be advised to take the child home and seek help from NHS.

Water bottles and hand sanitiser
No sharing of the bottled water. All players must bring their own named bottle of water and own hand
sanitiser. The placement of these items should be dispersed to avoid players coming together. (all coaches to action on players arrival)
Equipments
handling of the equipments to be done by 1 appointedcoaching team who will be the only people to setup and unset the training ground. Schedule for handling of the equipments in place.
Person in charge to handle the equipments must check for any damage equipments and remove, if equipments are handed by more then
appointed coaches, hand sanitiser to be used straight away and wipe the equipments with bacterial wipes (all coaching team to apply)

Arriving to game/session stations
set up stations for all young
players before training session (cones for each kid) where they can put their stuff (water, sanitiser) (all coaching team to apply)
2.While running the session/game

Social distancing during the session/games
no hand shakes or high fives. (all coaches to action on players arrival)

Bibs
no bibs to be used to avoid contamination by multiple use from
different players. During games all subs to wear their own training jumpers to avoid interference with the game.

Balls
when ball goes out to the surroundings of the pitch, to be sanitised with bacterial wipers.

Equipments
not to be touched by the players with hands including the balls, if the equipments are touched more than one person with
hands, to use straight after hand sanitiser.(all coaches to action onplayers arrival)

Spitting
refrain players/coaches from spitting. Use personal tissue if needed (all coaches to action on players arrival)
Injuries & Sickness
If a player gets injured, a member of household should or support bubble can support them. If injury
requires the aid of a first-aider, they should be equipped with personal PPE. If a player feels ill, must be removed from the session
immediately and advice the NHS guidance (all coaches to action onthe session)
Spectators
No spectators or parents are allowed near the side line or inside the fencing of the pitch.

In games
maximum number of players including coaching team not to excite 18
ALL THE ABOVE ACTION TO BE FOLLOWED BY ALL COACHING TEAM AND SAME TIME THE SAFETY STEPS
ABOVE TO BE AGREED BY PARENTS TOGETHER WITH THEIR CONSENT AGREEMENT TO BRING THEIR KIDS TO TRAINING.
